Terms & Cancellation Policy

These terms apply to all bookings with Yacht Rentals Dubai. Your quote on WhatsApp shows the yacht, date, time, price and deposit for your booking.

Booking and payment

• A deposit confirms your booking; the balance is due before boarding unless agreed otherwise.
• Prices are for the whole yacht for the booked hours, not per person.
• Extra time on the day depends on availability and is charged at the hourly rate.

Cancellations and changes

• Contact us on WhatsApp as early as possible to change or cancel.
• Refund of the deposit depends on how far ahead you cancel; this is stated in your booking confirmation.
• No-shows and late arrivals are charged in full; the trip ends at the booked time.

Weather and safety

• If the coast guard or captain stops a trip for weather or safety, we move your booking to another date or refund the unused amount.
• The captain may change the route for safety at any time.

On board

• The number of guests may not exceed the yacht’s licensed capacity.
• Guests must follow the crew’s safety instructions.
• Damage caused by guests may be charged.
• Bring a valid ID (Emirates ID or passport) for every guest.
